Even when Julia seems to do things or influence others it's hard to tell if that's what's really happening or just the way Ana's mind perceives things? This book had so many twists and turns and once things begin to happen they happen fast. This book goes from mysterious to intense at the turn of a page. My Deliberate Mistake is a bit of a thriller, with some supernatural and romance all mixed up in an action packed mystery. It's sexy, fun and scary. Claire Svendsen somehow managed to make an art school even spookier than a insane asylum, grave yard and hospital all put together. This book is very well written, has a natural flow to it and each scene is stark and vivid without a single typo or error to be found. This is hands down a great book and I can't wait to read more from this author.

I couldn't put this book down . So many twists and turns , I never knew what Julia was going to do next . Now I am wondering what lies ahead for Ana and Noah . Please I need to know start writing .
Keeps you on the edge of the seat! Read the book in one day. Loved it!!! Keep up the good work.
This book certainly keeps one reading on. Short, sharp chapters with plenty of action. Be prepared for rather a lot of teenage sex and scary happenings. Good ending leaving one wanting to know what is going to happen next. There must be a sequel.
Seriously one of the best books I've read in awhile. Just from the synopsis I knew I'd like it, but I read the whole thing in a couple hours. I couldn't put it down!
I really enjoyed this book! It had everything in it. Suspense, drama, a little bit of romance, lots of goosebumps. I will be reading more of this author.
The book seemed very confusing to me. There's hardly any character development in the story. How can you love someone after screwing a few times? It just seems to jump around too much. There were some good parts to it, and even though many things annoyed me in the book I just wanted to keep reading and find out what happened in the end. All in all I would say I'd give the book an eh. It's alright, but it could have been better.
I was so torn between a 4 and 5 star rating on this. My Deliberate Mistake was brilliantly written. Ms. Svendsen has a unique talent for painting a picture with her words, and the picture is tainted, dark and gives me a stomach ache. I picked this book up during a free promo, thinking it was a romance. While it IS indeed a romance, it is so much more than that.
The writing is great; better than great, its flawless. The story has a few quirks and questions that came up that weren't answered to my complete satisfaction. I do agree with a previous reviewer in that the instant love between Mark and Ana was a bit unbelievable, but if you enjoy paranormal romance and psychology, I would definitely recommend this book to you.
